I just wanted to give you a heads-up that both Jennifer and I will be out on vacation next week. I will out starting this Friday, May 11th, returning on Friday, May 18th and Jennifer will be out beginning Sunday, May 13th, and back on Monday, May 21st.
We will do our best to respond to escalated tickets as soon as we are able, but if you could give the help desk a heads-up to let any users know that there may be a delay in response to escalated items during this time.

Cliff, I’ll be traveling on the 13th and 20th but will try to respond as quickly as I can. I’ll be fairly available on the 14th and 15th as well. The 16th-19th I’ll be pretty busy but will try to get responses back to students within a few hours if I can.
