Subject: User Suspension Reminder

Just a quick note to remind you that we are suspending inactive users on a regular basis. When a user is suspended, they won’t be able to login until their account is taken out of suspended status. Because of our newly sped-up registration process, it’s possible that some (very few) users might be in a situation where they have their accounts suspended even though they’ve just registered for a course. In that case, all that needs to happen is to un-suspend their account and have them login to make sure they are able to access their requested course.
